Hello, I just joined this list in hopes of finding information on Henry or Harry NEWTON who was born abt 1827 who married Martha BARRON. I have no other information. Thank you. Maxine

I don't know about the Newton name but the Barron name is associated with South Carolina, the northern part close to the North Carolina line. My family includes the Barrons. My husband's family includes the Newtons, but I haven't gotten anywhere on the Newtons.
