In 1850 I identify my earliest NEWTON in Horry Co., SC as David R. Newton born 1811. In 1800 in Kingston County SC there is one NEWTON listed on page 7 of SC census as: 7 NEWTON CONSTANTINE or CONSTANTINUS 10001-11111-0-0 In 1820 these NEWTONS show in Horry Co., SC (One is David) all are close together on page 138a James Newton...p138a.David Newton...p138a.William Newton...p138a.
