I also descend from Isaac Mitchell Newton and father Henry. >> There are also two Reuben Newtons in North Carolina and I am still trying to sort out which one is mine. Mine had a son named Reuben who married a Mary Newton, moved to Hardin Co., Ky. and fought in the Battle of Tippicanoe. Does anyone have any additional info on him.
