Married Perry County, TN. Died in Denton County TX in 1881. Children born in TN include John Whitehead Newton, my ggrandfather, buried in Minter, Texas. John mrried Callie Whitt, Callie and her twin brother n.u., were reared by people named Fincher. They came to Lamar County, TX, year unknown.There were 12 other children of Charles and Susan, besides my ggrandfather. If anyone is interested I will go on with this. Also there are other family members that I have discovered through this forum, and I will refer you to them. My grandmother said the finchers, whitts, Newtons and Whiteheads all came from Dublin, Ireland. I don't know if she meant they sailed from there, or lived there.
