Can this possibly be from the same family? I'm looking for the family of GEORGE NEWTON JORDAN, born Farmersville Texas, 8/21/1887. Parents: GEORGE LOUIS JORDAN and JULIA CEBRIA or (CECILA) NEWTON, Married 12/21/1882, Greenville, Texas. Cebria's parents were ROBERT & ELIZABETH NEWTON. George Sr. was born 3/28/1862. Julia was born 10/30/1864, Whiteburg, Georgia. GEORGE NEWTON JORDAN had two sisters, PEARL JORDAN FULTON ALLEN b 6/21/1890, Wolfe City, Texas and ETHYL JORDAN HAYTER b 9/27/1883. He may have resided around Corpus Christy Texas after 1936. I also have photos of gravestones for a J.F. NEWTON husband of M.F. NEWTON , 2/11/1835--5/27/1901 M.F. NEWTON wife of J.F.NEWTON, 5/22/1836--11/16/1906 A daughter b&d 11/16/1906 with mother giving birth. Ring any bells??? I have information on his first two marriages and 8 children, of GEORGE NEWTON JORDAN, but nothing about this family prior to his Father and Mother.
