I am a descendant of Cordelia Louisa Newton, daughter of Hobart Newton, who was the son of Hobart Newton. Cordelia Louisa Newton married Halbert James Bill and they had a son, Amos Halbert Bill, who was born in Jamestown, NY in 1850. Cordelia was born in Ellington, NY.
