Hi everyone: Here is my web site/page for you all to take a look at and see if you can connect to my line of Newtons that connect to my Nickell, McGuire families. This family report will only be up for a while so take to do soon. FTM only allows five reports at a time. I also have some information of the Craig, Coffee families that connect to these families. I am always willing to share so let me know please if you see someone. God Bless Steve

I have a Kenneth Anderson, Newton who was son of Joseph and Helena Anderson, Newton. He was born on Oct. 23,1768 and married Martha Ann Feemster on Dec. 10,1793. He went to Missouri from Greenbriar and it is my understanding he was in Randolph County, Mo. It is also my understanding he did not stay there, but moved on elsewhere, but I have no info. on where. May contact me directly at [email protected] for more info on family of Kenneth Anderson Newton if interested. Sincerly, Patricia Newton, Brown
Hello, my name is Patricia Newton, Brown. I have my oldest ancestor as Joseph Newton son of Joseph and elender Newton. Joseph Newton Jr. was born in Monmouth County, New Jersey on Dec. 20,1724. He married Helena Anderson daughter of Capt. John ANderson Esquire, in 1751c and had ten children. He and Helena migrated to Greenbriar County, Va. (Now in West Va.) and lived there until their deaths. Some of their children went to Ky, In, Mo, and from there, it seems to all points West ! There are a big bunch of extended cousins researching this line from all over the United States ! I am wondering if your line may be connected to mine in some way ? I have info from Joseph and Helena down to present day. Please get in touch. Joseph and his father were reportedly also Blacksmiths ! In that era, trades were usually handed down in families too. Please contact me and perhaps we can trade info. and find a connection. Sincerly, [email protected]

I don't have proof of it, but it just seems to me that I heard somewhere that my Newtons were in Iowa before they moved to Missouri, NW Missouri. My grandfather was Robert Newton, and his father was Carson Newton who was born in 1860. He was married (Carson) to Josephine Humphrey who was born in 1861 in Iowa. Does this ring a bell with anyone?
