Hi Alan, Excellent! This is exactly the kind of thing we need to do to keep the info out there and vital for everyone to see! The more search engines are able to pick up names, the better chance new researchers will have to link into their lines. Yes, the list has been quiet, probably as part of the idea that the only resources available are "pay per view." I can tell you I was able to get more accurate info in the beginning of the internet by collaborative work with fellow researchers than I have since. I was lucky in that my research is pretty much complete now but for two huge brick walls (not Newitt) so now I dedicate my time to helping others researching my same surnames.
