I am in desperate need of DRVNDDM.SYS When I try to shut my puter down it just hangs and I have to shut it down manually. When I start the puter and go on line it goes to the Microsoft Crash Site and it tells me I need the above file, gives me the site to go to, www.veritas.com for download. I go there and the file is no where on the site. Can't email for support because I don't know what program it goes with..... Phoned them and they can't help without knowing what program it goes to and I would have to purchase support. I have Windows XP. HELP. Thanks.... Bunny, I did a search and the only hit I found was in Spanish which I know nothing about, but it looks like it has something to do with an HP product. Maybe you do, or did have an HP printer? If you know someone who reads Spanish, let me know and I'll forward what I found.
