The stories make them real, not their dates of birth and death. One thing I've been "collecting" is the story of how couples met. I've added it to each family group. When I asked my grandmother, she told me this heartwarming story but then added, "you can't add this to your family history". I was disappointed but I agreed. Well, my grandmother passed away three weeks ago. As a tribute to my grandparents, I am adding the story of how they met and why Christmas meant so much to them to our family history.
