Okay, okay! My most wanted is John DANIELS and (supposedly) Rebecca LEDBETTER. They are said to be the grandparents of my grandmother Nancy Etta DANIELS. Nancy was born in 1898 in Lenoir City, Loudon Co., Tennessee. I have found no evidence of John and Rebecca anywhere. Maybe they came from another state, but I have no clue where to look. They do not appear on any census reports before or after the birth of Nancy. Nancy had at least one sibling, a sister Mary, that my dad remembers. I'm not sure which was the older or where Mary was born. The story is that Nancy had a step-mother. Did they have the same mother? I don't know. My grandparents followed Mary's family to NW Ohio for work in the early 1930's.
