Did your ancestors fight in the Mexican War? The URL below will take you at a good site for research.. While it is NOT a list of all who fought, as many are unknown and there are approximately 11,000 who died and are buried in unknown graves all over Mexico and the Southwest. You can find the names of many at this site who were killed and wounded in the various battles.... and remember, many who fought in the Mexican War, went on to fight in the Civil War..
