Listers I am looking for any information on either STONE, Bartlett or BURNS, Charles Herbert. They are located in the Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa and it is believed that BURNS, Charles later moved to Missouri. This was after he was paroled from prison and later remarried to an unknown from there. Any help on these two or any of the others listed below would be greatly appreciated.
