Thanks to all of you kind people for answering my question about my FTM software. I see I'm not alone in having trouble contacting the Tech Services at FTM. I was wondering if they still have the message board you post your question about the FTM software to? I even tried to find that and noticed they had changed the format on the web site. After searching for the message board to post my question to, I finally gave up and decided to call. That was not successful either. If anyone knows whether they still have the problem resolution message board, please send me an email at N2medsgene@Home.com explaining exactly how to access it. Thanks, Sondra
