    3. "vbs" stands for visual basic script and that was a security problem with Outlook Express prior to some updates and patches. Since you were using Netscape I am not certain it presents a problem for you. If, however, you are not maintaining updates for your Windows and IE/OE programs from the Microsoft site and are now using those programs instead of Netscape you may have contracted a worm called Kak. Use your start/WindowsUpdate to go to the MS site and ask for product update. Update your system as soon as possible. Are you using anti-virus software? If not, go to http://housecall.antivirus.com/housecall/start_corp.asp and check-mark "auto clean" and run a complete scan of your system. Good luck.
