One of my ancestors who was an United Empire Loyalists was born in the East Manor of Rennselaenyck, where would this place be located? is it situated in the State of New York and he served in the New York Regiment of Volunteers at Ft. Knuphausen (not sure of spelling) Is this Ft. also in New York? Any information would be appreciated. Gerry MF
