Hi Bill, am just new to this list I have been working on the Cleveland family(s) in Nova Scotia for many years, the branch you are looking at were missionaries who came from the U.S.A. to Halifax and then went to the Annapolis Valley and spread from there. Although my main interest is in the South Shore Family I have picked up quite a bit of information on the Valley family as well. Nathan Cleveland b Nov 10 1777 (Horton Twp., Kings Co., N.S.) d Jul 21 1869 - Alma, Albert Co., N.B., married to Diadema Dexter b c1778 Nov 10 1799. Nathan is the son of Benjamin Cleveland (b 1733- Windham, Conn. U.S.A. d Mar 9 1811 - Wolfville, N.S). and Mary Elderkin (b Dec 16 1735 -Windham, Conn. U.S.A. d Apr 24 1783 -Falmouth, N.S.) Married Feb 20 1754 Windham, Conn.U.S.A. had 12 children including Nathan.
