An online backup arrangement is far superior to any backup you might do using CDs, tapes, or external hard drives, partly because it is always "off site." After that Mozy runs at selected intervals (hourly, daily, weekly, etc. -- your choice) to backup only any files that have changed. Once the program is set up and running you can be confident that a recent, secure backup is always available to restore any of your files which might be corrupted or lost for whatever reason.
