    3. I am sure it is connected with the new list software, but the explanation said it would now be on all of the messages, It is not. There has to be something different on the end of the users receiving it because for most of us it is not on ANY of the messages. I am terrible about not emptying my email trash, but in this case that is good, because I just went through over 3000 Rootsweb list emails from over 100 Rootsweb lists, including over 120 messages from this list. It is not on any of them at all. The only place I have ever seen it is in the message from Rose asking what it was. In fact it was not even in the header of her email. Only in the message she copied into her email. So the explanation that it is the new software fits, but it must mean something about the particular list member receiving it because it is not on any of the messages by default, only on message received by particular list members. This is my *guess*, and this is only a guess but it is based on seeing this system used on other types of mailing lists in the past. It is part of Rootsweb's new system to eliminate bad email addresses. If you have an email sent to you by Rootsweb bounce for any reason it puts you into a special group where your list messages are, for a predetermined amount of time, sent with the word bounce in the list address. If they have a list message bouce that has the word bounce in the list address, maybe once, maybe a set number of times, then they mark it as a bad address and delete it from the list.
