    3. If you go to the PANB website and look up Daniel Johnson's newspaper abstracts, you will find 2 entries for Harvey Milton, both in Jan., 1890 and not 1877. Search for "Harvey" Milton, not Harvie. Trying to determine who the parents and siblings were of Harvie Milton who fell from the schooner, Bessie G. which went ashore at Black Point. 9 January 1877. Harvie Milton the mate, 22 years of age and belonged to Port Grenville, N.S., was struck by the boom and knocked overboard. The accident was noticed by Capt. Merriam also of Port Grenville but could not be saved before he drowned. The inquest was held in Saint John. > > Gerry MF > > ------------------------------- > To unsubscribe from the list, please send an email to NEWBRUNSWICK-request@rootsweb.com with the word 'unsubscribe' without the quotes in the subject and the body of the message >

    3. Bill: You are correct I made an error in the date which should read 9 January 1890 in the death of Mr. Milton and not 9 January 1877, however, the obit stated his name as Harvie Milton of Port Grenville, N.S. Thanks for bringing the date of accident to my attention.
