I believe she was a Loyalist, as she was a sister to Walter Bates of Kingston who arrived in the Spring Fleet of 1783. She had a son Thomas Gilbert who was a member of the House of Assembly. Her husband may have been named Peres if she is the same Lucretia Gilbert on the PANB Cemeteries search. > Any help would be greatly appreciated. > Thanks, > Will Jones > > ------------------------------- > To unsubscribe from the list, please send an email to NEWBRUNSWICK-request@rootsweb.com with the word 'unsubscribe' without the quotes in the subject and the body of the message > ------------------------------- To unsubscribe from the list, please send an email to NEWBRUNSWICK-request@rootsweb.com with the word 'unsubscribe' without the quotes in the subject and the body of the message __________________________________________________ Do You Yahoo!?
