Marilyn-- Your Jane is Jane Reid, d/o Daniel and of Mary Gallagher; she does appear in the 1851 census in Simonds parish with her parents and siblings ( and the name is misspelled Reed). I have a lot more on the Reids as they are one of my lines. (Daniel's sister was my gggrandmother). Daniel & Mary are buried in the Old Williamstown (Pioneer) Cemetery just several miles south of Centreville; I have a photo I took of the stone somewhere if you are interested. -- polly
