    3. Hi Debby, I assume you meant arrived in Cumberland, NS. Have you seen Gerald Vincent's "The Civil Sword?" Great book on the Westchester Loyalists and well worth the $30+ with postage. He looks at the life and times in Westchester during the Rev'n. and life in NS after 1783 & he did an outstanding job. I read every word. Gerald lives in BC. Try him at gvincent@shaw.ca (Nov 2005 address) or at: 1175 Viewtop Rd., Duncan, BC V9L 5S7 I don't know if he has more copies. His first edition sold out very quickly & he had a second run published.
