Hi Gerry: No, James died between 1861-1865 around that time (page 402). BUT, a JOHN Crossman was married to Matthew. I got into a big augment with a cousin who was claiming JAMES married Matthew, until I pointed out how she had mixed them up. At that time I spent hours checking all the records and at the archives, until I finally convinced her how wrong she was. I just hope she changed her tree or she will leave all the wrong information.
