I am usually pretty quiet, But there is NO need to be so rude. The woman was good enough to offer to do some research for people. NOT all of us are as smart and knowledgeable as you "cknox." We do not know everything that is available on line. Lack of that knowledge does not make us stupid nor does it make us lazy.
