I've had no problems downloading/printing pages from the First Families Site. I'm a Mozilla Firefox user and have their FoxIt Reader installed as an extension. FoxIt Software also has a PDF editor http://www.foxitsoftware.com/pdf/pe_intro.php and it's got a PDF Creator http://www.foxitsoftware.com/pdf/creator/ both work with Mozilla's Firefox and I'm pretty sure SeaMonkey (Netscape) browsers. If you use Opera I think they utilize Adobe for reading pdf files. I don't know about reading PDF files with Internet Explorer.
