Beverly: They can only give the government vitals from that point on as that is when the government started taking the vital stats and they can't give births or deaths after 1877 as the government stopped taking them in 1877. Due to an agreement made between NSARM and the vital statistics they can only give up to certain years into the twentieth century as the vital statistics would like to continue control of these records but also due to privacy as many of the people involved or their immediate descendants would still be alive.
