Hello to all, I found my great grandfather's death record in Webster Mass, Alexander Arseneault. it said he was born in Sorel Canada. The year I have that he was born is May 1863. Also I have the spelling different to the tomb stones (found those today as well) "Arseneault ST". What does the ST mean? I can find them in the USA but not Canada yet. You ;might want to check in Quebec. That is where you will find Sorel. Alexandre Arsenault in its various forms is not a rare name. There were a few on the New Brunswick side of the border too.
