I have the Shea's in my database, and the names were familiar. However, they aren't there! After looking over the Shea's, the only Shea I have who could fit this is Elihu Sperah Shea, b. April 13, 1800. He married Rosanna Westwater Dickinson in 1818, and Rosanna died in 1862. Elihu then died June 4, 1869 in Northampton. Elihu had a nephew, Adam Henry Shea, son of Elihu's brother John, who married a Caroline Phillips in 1859. In the case of Elihu, Phillips may not have been Caroline's maiden name, if she was widowed when married. Either way, they married and Elihu died inconveniently between census years, so I can't be sure. Best of Luck, Lisa Z
