Her parents were Albert George DURLING, b: 28 Sep 1860 in Kent, England; and Sarah LANCELEY, b: 16 Feb 1861 in England. I believe they both died in the Hamilton/Toronto ON area. If this connects with your DURLING research I'd be very interested in knowing the NB connection (and the actual year of Frances' birth).
