Hi Suzanne; I have a fairly extensive collection of Hayt/Hoyt ancestors beginning with Walter Hoyt b.1490 in England and including my gr.gr.gr.gr.grandmother Betty Hoyt, married to Loyalist Sylvanus Whitney of Norwalk, Connecticut and Saint John. I have several Rebeccas but none of them fits the Trecartin marriage. If there are any other connections, let me know and I'll see what I have.
