Thank you Jared and Marilyn, Unfortunately that is not what I was hoping for.? My William Brown (b 8/12/1833) ?married Mary Elizabeth Weaver (b 9/5/1834) in Portland, St John?9/15/ 1856.? All I have on his parentage is his father was P.H. or P.V. Brown, no mothers name.? William had?the strange middle name of Falls that has carried on in some of the family. He was born in New Brunswick.? His death certificate says his father was also born in New Brunswick.? I found Peter Brown in the 1851 census and felt I had hit pay dirt but it seems it was just another wall.? But thank you both for you help and advice. William Falls Brown came to Minnesota in 1883 and lived in St Francis, MN.? He later moved to Anoka, MN.? He was a member of the M.E. church in St Francis.? He also lived in Fort Fairfield, Arookstook, Maine, 1860 census. Judy in Apple Valley, MN
