Hi Grant & Bonny, I did a quick search in the Library of Canada Index and the online booksellers I use - without too much luck I may add. However: It looks as if the book was published in 2006 and the publisher is listed as: PUBLISHER: Fredericton, NB : South Devon Publishing, [2006] it may be worth while to track them down and see if they have an residuals you can buy. I did also notice there is a copy in the Library and Archives of Canada here in Ottawa and it should be available through ILL.
