    3. Hi Carol, I tried the site that Lisa had found the information but for some reason cannot access the book. I went into googlebooks but still no luck. What am I not doing??     3. Shirley, Go to google and type in Curless in the search box. At the top of the screen you should have the option of Web, Images, Video, Maps, etc. Click on the more and the down arrow and choose book. About the 8th one down on the list is the book you are looking for Clicking on it brings the digitized version up with 2 different tabs.... By clicking on the 1st tab you get the full citation; the 2nd tab brings up the actual pages of the book. Alternately you can go to books.google.com and search strictly within the books. Marilyn S.
