Based on the messages posted, this might be as infrequent as once a week. An alternative would be to become a "List" subscriber wherein you receive EACH message as it is posted. You can ALWAYS write to me, or ANY List Admin for an update as well. List Admins can be reached by typing the List name and adding -admin@rootsweb.com. it.
