    1. [ NB ] Deed Indexes

    3. I was so grateful to get that web site about the deed indexes but I must be doing something terribly wrong. I copied about 50 volumes and pages from the index but when I go to those volumes and pages they have nothing to do with the people that are supposed to be on that page. Anyone have anything to help me figure out what I am doing wrong? Thanks Joyce

The index numbers and the volume numbers frequently don't match. In similar fashion, the image number and the PAGE number do not match. That said, the page numbers are typically off by three -- that is to say that if you are looking for page 660, the image # will be 663! (possibly 664.)     3. I found that some of the pages were off by about three. Check the top of the page on the screen to see if it is the same as what you wanted.
