The cemeteries that they were buried in may have further information in their records which sometimes can include parents. Also, you could try finding the Brewsters in earlier censuses before their marriages and see who their siblings were and perhaps the siblings' records may hold further keys to the families. There is an Aaron Brewer with wife Rachel Brewer on the Newspaper Newspaper Statistics found on the NB ARchives website but not with a Mary Ann. It all needs more research but hopefully this helps a bit.
