Richey was a witness to the marriage of Jane x Richey to Wm. Forsyth. The book that I have is for Saint John City and County from the British Conquest to 1839, so there is no info for the 1859 marriage record you are seeking. I just found a marriage bond for a Martha Richey & Hugh McPherson dated 1859 - was there a marriage?
