Hi, I don't have any information on a St. James Anglican in Queens Co. There are two Church of the Ascension Anglican Churches (each with a graveyard) in Kings County - one at Apohaqui and the other at Lower Norton, just outside Hampton. The Rural Cemtery Extension is located on Woodstock Rd. in Fredericton. Wesley Methodist may be a specific name or it may be simply a denominational reference, as the Methodist Church was often referred to as the Wesleyan Methodist Church. As of 1925, the Methodist Church in Canada joined most of the Prebyterians and the Congregationalists to form the United Church of Canada, so it is unlikely that a cemetery would be known as a Methodist cemetery today unless it was an old one which had been out of use for many years. The Gagetown one is likely the Gagetown United Church Cemetery (likely formerly Methodist), which I believe is located in the Village of Gagetown. Is anyone researching Ebenezer BROWN family in York County NB? He was married to Sarah ?. They arrived at Fort Cumberland NB in 1783 with Col. James Delancey's Westchester NY Refugees. Ebenezer was one of the grantees who received land grant at Remsheg (present day Wallace NS) in 1784. I received the following info re his widow, Sarah, but have nothing further on this family. Between 1803 and 1808. No date and incomplete document: Know all men by these presents that I Susanna Brown, widow of Ebenezer Brown deceased for and in consideration of the sum of 3 pounds lawful money of the province of New Brunswick to me paid by John Pugsley in the County of Cumberland and Province of NS the receipt whereof I do hereby acknowledge have granted bargained and sold and by those presents do grant bargain and sell unto the said John Pugsley his heirs and assigns all that tract or parcel of land lying and being in the twp of Ramsheg known by -----no more document. Unfortunately, I do not have the source of the above information, someone sent it to me about 5 years ago and didn't mention the source. Information on this couple and their children would be greatly appreciated. Debby Brown-Warren

Your last sentence may have answered my question because I am looking at the possibility that the wife of John Estey Brown later married William Pond (on September 6, 1817 in York County). Whoever she was - her name is definitely given on the marriage register as "Olive Brown". But if John Estey Brown married a second time, chances are he outlived his wife, Olive, so she could not be the one who married William Pond. Other Pond researchers believe she was an Estey and there is an Olive Estey d/o Moses Estey and Sarah Howland who looks good in terms of date of birth but the marriage register definitely says William Pond married Olive Brown. So if you know of any Estey/Brown marriages please let me know!!! Me too - back to the drawing boards. What I am really trying to determine is if this Olive Ring who married a Brown later married William Pond (on September 6, 1817 in St. Mary's Parish, York County). Or was Olive Brown who married William Pond really an Estey? So really it is not his parents that interest me as much as his date of death!!
