    3. Thanks again Janelle. I already have all the information you have given me. Grandma's ashes have disappeared, they were "returned to the funeral director" but past that we don't know, he is out of business and I have enquired everywhere to see where she might be. She is not here in Dunedin and not with her husband in Invercargill. She lived with us for several years and dies when I was 10 Grandma died in her bed the bed next to mine in my bedroom, I was present. I don't think my Mum DOROTHY knew any of her mother's history it was never spoken about and I can only presume they met in Melbourne. When I started this journey I was able to show her fuller information. I think she believed she came from UK. The Arthur arrival in NZ in 1890's is not my Arthur. Anne WALE would have been 81 in 1945 she was born 1864 so not her death. Funny newspaper article, G/Dad was a drinker G/Ma moved the family to Invercargill when my Mum was a child (school child) about 1918? as prohibition was down there and it was done to stop G/Dads habit. 3. Glenda I think I found 2 Wale deaths on the BDM, I wouldn't take too much notice about ages...they chop and change a bit. Have you tried Victoria for her.
