Here is comments from another list. Allan You still get the PDF file, it is just hidden a bit. On the top left hand side of the page it says "Preservation Master" and lists the files underneath. Collapse the list of files by clicking on the down arrow next to "Preservation Master" and now you will see "Derivative Copy", click on the arrow next to it to expand it and then click on "Image 1". This will be the PDF, open it up and use the save option on the bottom left. thanks for that Allan - but all I get is a message saying 'loading' which it does endlessly. I don't get the 'image 1' message at all. In the main 'box' of the page it says 'please choose a file for viewing' with PDF, JPG etc but nothing happens there either. What am I doing wrong here? All, I have been experiencing the same problems as Patsy - seems to be something to do with Windows 7. Using Google Chrome as the browser seems to work.
