I am trying to find out WHEN Thomas Andrew DUNCAN of Wanganui/Hunterville became a Justice of the Peace. I know it was circa 1919 to 1925ish, but can not find anything that is more precise. He later became Sir Thomas Duncan. Is there an on-line list or other such list available? Thanks in advance, Beth
