Thank you Graham As those of you on this list will be aware, genetic genealogy is what I "do" after hours and I was thrilled to have had the honour of spending time with Colleen prior to her travelling to Wellington and further afield. Although Colleen's personality was not revealed on this programme, it was truly delightful; her generosity was unstinting in the way she freely shared of her experiences and the associated outcomes; her unstinting valuable message that correct DNA testing (with the correct firm) for any of us seeking the truth of our paper trail (the truth of our family connections etc.) will, on completion, more than offset the size of such an investment. I simply cannot praise her sufficiently! And huge kudos to the clever NZSG group (or person), who convinced her to come to NZ...!!! (For me, such a meeting more than made up for the annual subscription).
