Hi Patsy You put that perfect. Everyone of us at some time or other is guilty of transcribing some item and putting it on our websites (myself included) that has helped other researchers find family. Beverley don't give up or take your site down, asking a lot of questions as to who is in charge and find the legal technicalities, so we all know where we stand. My understanding that long as you made no money from your transcribing, then you were within the law. Beverley's your site is marvelous, don't have many family in that area but always keep an eye on your reports, just in case one has slipped down there. Chin up, we are all behind you. Pam
