I'm using Chrome but all problems aren't resolved: I can only get Preservation Masterview, Derivative View doesn't come up at all. Rather a pain when I have a 21 page file. I did try printing from the single page view but the quality was awful, mostly unreadable. I'm using Torch (which is a Chrome based browser) and there is no problem at all getting the full pdf file from the Derivative Copy.
