I have had no trouble opening files, just opened 3 in the past few minutes Do you follow this method- Collapse the Preservation copy showing the individual files. Expand the Derivative copy Click on Table of Contents which will show Image 1 in the right hand panel and a PDF logo in the right hand pane with Image 1 underneath. I have had problems day and night getting consistent access to read WW1 military files.
