    3. This is the same for me. No "Derivative copy", appears . I get to "Preservation Master" and it shows the Table of Contents listing of page numbers. Click on the PM arrow and the numbers disappear as stated - but "Derivative Copy" doesn't come up. Have I missed something? Not working for me ...
