    3. Am after a James Lewis Junior grave please, his father is at Clareville, in unmarked grave showed it to the family today, now on the hunt for the son's plot. James Lewis Senior died 1922, he was an inventor, will be writing up about him later, think this person needs recognition, have a newspaper cutting somewhere, cant put my fingers on it at present but will find it! Have just met up with a descendant from Sydney, so took him to the cemetery and showed him the plot.. then learn James Junior could be around the valley somewhere... Jas. Lewis Sen. lived in Greytown but buried nearby at Clareville.. in Presbyterian area. Son worked with a circus.. Family off to Masterton Archives to meet Gareth, said I will go on the search and let him know! I do have another person in OZ related to the family.. its lovely to be able to meet someone I have been emailing for years... its a small world as he worked with Fire Brigade, I said oh you would know my cousin then, Ian Pentony, yes! he said never realised with your email address connection! as used [email protected] with his emails! Then mentioned Neich off Parramatta, I live in Neich's Lane... I said named after the family in Sydney! I said Neich had the end cottage next to mine.. Just love showing visitors around town, and having lunch with them.. I was given some books on Carterton the other day, so gave him one as well.. sharing knowledge.. Bit wet underfoot at Cemetery today as want to get back to the other headboard to photograph it ... to work out if we can see what was carved on it... Thanks..Adele -- Adele Pentony-Graham Carterton Cemetery Clareville Researcher Carterton Researcher. and Featherston. WW1. Cemetery.
