Has anyone ordered a marriage certificate from a county recorders office before? I know my great grandparents Elfego Tafoya and Escolastica Trujillo were married by a justice of the peace, probably in 1908 and most likely in Mora County. I have only been able to find a phone number for the county recorder of Mora County. I thought I would check to see if anyone has done this previously before I call. Any help is appreciated. Hello, I ordered some marriage records from NM and all of them that I have gotten have just been say .50 each. All I got was copy not certified so that way they are cheaper. I have gotten some from years 1914, and 1955. Hope this helps.
