I have been following back lines in the Anton Chico St. Jose church records and am wondering if others have ancestors from there. A couple of the lines have their origins in Albuquerque. One that does not is a Bartolo HIJAR born 1835 in Mexico (as opposed to New Mexico) The MONTANO (properly MONTAÑO) line goes back to Esteban MONTANO (b 1821) and Juliana SISNEROS (b 1825). The children I have thus far are: Maria Petra (b 1843), Telesfora (1847), Serifin (b1845), Cesario (1850), Dario (1851), Esquipula (1854), Jose Perfilio (1858), Redicindo (1861), Martin (1863), and Eugenio (1868).
